Kristina Linde Hansen

Position: Strategy manager at Novo Nordisk Foundation
Technical University of Denmark (DTU) - MSc Engineering Management
Technical University of Denmark (DTU) - BSc Mathematics and Technology

Kristina is a young, ambitious engineer pursuing an unusual career path, now working with strategy in the intersection between philanthropy and life science.

She is a former McKinsey & Co management consultant with an academic background in applied mathematics and innovation management. She has studied in the US, has done internships in science policy in Silicon Valley and science radio communications. Moreover, she has worked 6 months in Japan, and all across Europe and is today working with the executive management in a +$50 bln organization.

Kristina would love more engineers to pursue “unusual tracks”, be it in strategy, policy, communications, or elsewhere, as engineers are needed “out here”. She can give a great insight into possible questions from a mentee considering to pursue an “unusual” track.
