Adeline C. is a Performance Manager at GTT Marine with 11 years of experience across maritime engineering, vessel performance, and ship operations. She joined Vessel Performance Solutions in 2020, where she spent nearly six years developing vessel performance modelling, analysis, and optimisation solutions before transitioning to GTT Marine following the merger of Vessel Performance Solutions, Ascenz Marorka, and Danelec in June 2026.

Her work includes designing advanced vessel performance evaluation tools, developing and maintaining Noon Reporting solutions, building vessel-specific speed-power models, and conducting advanced diagnostics using operational vessel data. She has also published research on vessel performance diagnostics in the Sensors journal.

Previously, Adeline spent three years as a Senior Design Engineer at L&T Shipbuilding Limited, where she worked on propulsion machinery design and system integration for offshore patrol vessels. Her responsibilities included marine exhaust system design, propulsion system integration, sea trials, and onsite engineering. Her work on the in-house design of marine exhaust systems contributed to significant project cost savings and received a Process Innovation Award.

She holds master’s degrees in Maritime Engineering and Ship Operations from DTU and Chalmers University of Technology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Motivation

I’d like to keep in touch with students from the field, as well help them with the questions I had when I was a student.

I have 5 years of experience in the healtcare industry from companies in Denmark. In these years I have been shifting roles, starting with 2+ years of experience as R&D engineer in a medical device company working in the early device development phases, within Class III devices. Later on I moved to a Data Manager role within the area of Clinical Trials, taking on more project management activities e.g. ensuring timely deliverables and stakeholder engagement.

Motivation

As an person who migrated from another country and had to learn how to navigate the job market in a foreign country, I would like to be of help for a student sharing both my successes and failures.

I am a Product Analytics Manager at Maersk with a background in analytics, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making. I hold an MSc in Business Analytics from DTU, a Master’s in Engineering Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial and Automation Engineering.

Throughout my career, I have worked in international environments across logistics, software, and the automotive industry. Having studied and worked in different countries, I understand the challenges of transitioning from university to industry. I am particularly interested in mentoring students who are exploring careers in analytics, product, consulting, or other business-related fields, and I look forward to sharing my experiences and supporting them in their career development

Motivation

I want to be a mentor because I remember how valuable it was to speak with people who had already gone through the transition from university to industry. I would like to share my own experience, both successes and challenges, and help students navigate career choices, internships, and the start of their professional journey.

I am particularly interested in mentoring students who are curious, motivated, and open to learning. I would be happy to support students interested in analytics, product, consulting, or business-related careers, but I am also open to mentoring students who are still exploring different paths and figuring out what they want to do.

I have 9+ years of experience solving complex data challenges across the fields of healthcare and IoT. I have worked as a Technical Solutions Engineer for Analytics, Machine Learning Engineer, and Full Stack Data Engineer, so I’ve experienced the full spectrum of data roles. My career has spanned every step of the analytics process – from data governance, data modelling, and data engineering, to analytics engineering and machine learning model deployment – with a consistent focus on providing the right data, to the right users, in the right tool, at the right time.

Motivation

I want to share real-life examples of both successes and failures from my own transition from university to working life – I wish I had someone to guide me through that period, and I’d like to be that person for someone else. I have a lot of varied experiences from corporate culture to startup culture and can share my experiences to help someone understand and navigate the different work landscapes.

I have a particular interest in mentoring women in STEM, because mentoring and visibility can make a big difference. As the only female engineer in a company of 25+ engineers, I know firsthand how much it matters to see that it is possible, and I’d love to show that to someone just starting out.

A match within a data-related field would be a natural fit, but generally I am looking for a mentee who is curious and excited about the transition into working life.

I have 20+ years of experience in electronics, hardware and product development within international technology companies. My career has taken me from specialist roles in RF, electronics and communication systems to technical leadership and engineering management. Today, I lead the Hardware Design function within R&D at INVISIO, with responsibility for people, competencies, resources, technical quality and project deliveries. My experience covers analog and digital electronics and audio, RF, HW/SW integration and product development, as well as cross-functional collaboration and people leadership. I am particularly interested in helping engineering students bridge the gap between university and industry, navigate their early career choices and develop both their technical and professional skills.

Motivation

I want to be a mentor because I enjoy developing people and helping them grow, both professionally and personally. Throughout my career, I have moved from being a technical specialist to taking on broader technical leadership and eventually people and engineering management. I would like to share the experiences, choices, successes and mistakes I have made along the way and help a student find their own direction.

I am particularly interested in mentoring someone who is curious, ambitious and open to discussing both technical development and career choices. The mentee does not need to have a clear career plan. I would be equally happy to help someone explore whether they want to develop as a specialist, move towards project or people leadership, or simply understand what working as an engineer in industry is really like.

At the same time, I see mentoring as a two way relationship and would enjoy learning from the perspectives and ambitions of the next generation of engineers.

I have 15+ years of professional experience as a software engineer. I have built data and software products serving companies in various industries – aviation, commerce, marketing, cybersecurity, pharmaceuticals. I have been part of early stage startups and mature organizations with 100+ software engineers. I have worked on greenfield projects and 10+ years legacy systems.

I’m also the Co-Founder of a company that creates a digital platform for AI-personalized training fronted by native mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Motivation

I want to give back to the community. In the Age of AI students coming out of university are at disadvantage as they don’t have professional experience so the skills they can offer are easily covered by a $20 Claude subscription. I hope to give food-for-thought to curious minds that want to succeed in Software Engineering and life in general.

As a naturalized Danish citizen, I sympathize with and recognize myself in students from abroad. That being said, I don’t not want to discriminate against anyone. I’m looking spar with and help anyone who is curious and open-minded.

The only request I have is to be paired with someone who has motivation. It’s ok if they are lost but they should have the fire within them.

I have 20 years of experience in project management and people management across large companies, startups, and academia. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide range of fields, including solar cells, nanotechnology, biosensors, injection moulding, and medical devices.
I am currently working at Radiometer, where I lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers covering electronics, mechanics, and software. We collaborate closely with R&D and QA, with focus on new product development and expanding the capacity of our production lines.

This will be my first time serving as a mentor, and I’m excited to connect with young engineers at the beginning of their careers. I hope to share insights from my experience across different roles while also gaining fresh perspectives and inspiration in return. I’m looking for a mentee who is open-minded and interested in exploring and finding inspiration for their career path.

I am a driven, versatile and passionate Electrical Engineer working with high-voltage systems, grid connection and grid compliance. I currently work as a Technical Project Manager at ENERGRID, bringing experience from offshore wind, substations, transmission and distribution grids, and power system studies.

My background includes working on Offshore Substation projects, Power-to-X and HVDC platforms, where I have developed strong expertise in High-Voltage systems and a deep interest in Power System studies, Wind Turbine Generators and their ancillary services to the grid, HVDC systems, and grid compliance. I have worked across disciplines with OEMs, developers and clients on the design and integration of HV equipment, cable systems, transformers, GIS, shunt reactors and other electrical infrastructure.

I enjoy combining detailed technical understanding with project leadership, stakeholder coordination and project execution. I have a particular interest in identifying gaps between engineering and execution and working collaboratively with the different stakeholders involved to mitigate them while maintaining relevant industrial standards.

Looking forward to connecting with a potential mentee with similar interests who would like to learn more about high-voltage systems, offshore wind, grid connection, power system studies and the wider energy industry.

I am personally fond of mentoring someone who needs guidance in choosing their career path and have also helped students in the past choose the right Master’s programme and courses. It will also be nice to help students understand the challenges of landing that right fitting job and sharing my own personal challenges that I faced for the same and the nature of Wind industry as well.

I have 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from large companies and robotics in a medium-small size company in Denmark. My career spanned from ensuring proper Validation and Verification activities of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment to driving project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and production readiness activities, translating technical constraints into actionable business decisions in the development of robotic arms. My main focus right now is to support executive decision-making, ensure timely delivery and maintain full quality and documentation traceability within the Quality Management System.

I definitively want to develop my leadership and motivational skills since my aspiration is becoming a Manager. I also want to share my experience as a laid off employee who actually decided to go back on the market to successfully land another job after the massive Novo Nordisk restructuring. I would rather have the chance to mentor a mentee with ambition of going into leadership since I would be better to advise him on the approach and career path to take .

Motivation

I want to help Master’s students navigate the challenges and opportunities of early career life, having been there myself recently. I can help students think outside the box when it comes to career choices and navigating the first job application process. I would also like to empower engineering and tech students to start their own business – particularly female stem students who may not have otherwise considered this as an option, but also happy to help any other Master’s or Phd students.
I am also happy to help students navigate the job market and balancing work with family life – something I’ve done myself and think is important.

Bence is a Senior R&D Engineer with a mechatronics foundation, working at the intersection of medical robotics, embedded systems, software development, and intelligent sensing. He is driven by building the next generation of medical devices and robotic systems, combining scientific exploration with hands-on engineering to turn ideas into reliable, validated technologies with real clinical impact.

His experience spans end-to-end robotics and embedded systems, including hardware, firmware, software design and integration. He has worked on portable surgical robots, ultrasound imaging and signal processing, production test automation, health data visualization, and digital tools for medical device manufacturing and quality systems.

At Neurescue, Bence works across robotics, imaging, control systems, embedded electronics, and production tooling for Class III medical devices. His work includes system integration for a portable surgical robot for artery access, development of autonomous pulsation detection and decision-making pipelines, as well as taking systems from early prototypes through validation, regulatory documentation, and in-vivo testing.

Bence believes strongly in applied research: continuously learning from scientific literature, integrating those insights into engineering designs, and contributing back through research and publications in medical robotics. He particularly enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration with clinicians, researchers, designers, and manufacturers to develop systems that are usable, validated, and compliant.

Motivation

I want to become a mentor to give something back to the community by sharing my experiences and helping younger students navigate their studies, career choices, and transition into industry. I hope to encourage them, answer their questions, and help them build confidence as they start their professional careers. I also enjoy meeting motivated people and expanding my network within the community.

I am looking for a mentee who is ambitious, curious, and proactive. Someone with a builder mindset who enjoys creating things, solving technical challenges, or has an interest in startups and innovation. Bettina Grote is a Principal Software Process and Compliance Specialist at Oticon (Demant) with 17 years of experience in life science R&D, RA, and QA. She has expertise in design control, compliance, and documentation for medical devices, particularly in digital product R&D and SW platform processes.

Motivation

My motivation for being a mentor is to help people with different cultural backgrounds and qualifications settle in and understand their possibilities in the Danish and international labor market. I can help and facilitate the mentee to make a conscious choice based on their own preferences and wishes both on the professional and personal level.

Bo’s background is M.Sc. and Ph.D. EE from The Technical University of Denmark. He has 20+ years of industrial experience within High Tech R&D and product development for both Business-to-Busineess and Consumer markets. Bo has spent his career in the capacity of Engineering Manager/Program Management for a range of products including optics for either telecommunications, sensing, or visualization. His current position is Technical Program Manager, Display Development for Augmented Reality Headsets at Facebook Reality Labs .

Motivation

There is so much more to Engineering than the core technical skills end expertise you pick up at the university. While a strong technical base is absolutely necessary, the capability of putting technology in perspective and making it relevant is what makes engineering successful. Bo wants to share his experience and hopefully inspire young engineers to a more holistic view of engineering early on in their career. Thinking back, this is some of the great input he has received from older colleagues early on in his career.

Bo is currently self-employed. He has a broad experience from working in multiple industries, both as an individual contributor and as a leader. His skill’s range across leadership, management, mentoring, coaching, consulting, requirements specification, business process design, enterprise-, solution-, and application architecture.

Bo has walked on a path of more than 30 years of technology starting from developing hardware and embedded software for micro- and minicomputers, specifying and creating development software for developers in the aerospace industry, creating solutions for commercial aircraft maintenance, structuring and authoring user documentation, writing proposals for large public and private sector clients, prepared and executed Y2K assessments, specified and developed an order management solution, specifying payment processing systems, architecting a next-generation pension platform, building an enterprise architecture capability in the telco space, developed technical course material and giving training, made recommendations on system selection, developed enterprise architecture, high level solution designs and project support, built a solution architecture capability from scratch, built capability in key integration platforms and technologies to be used enterprise-wide, and now working as freelancer.

Motivation

Bo finds great satisfaction in helping others and sees the mentor role being part of his development as a leader. He will attempt to help a potential mentee shape their personal profile and brand, advise on actions around their personality traits, spar on difficult issues, and use a combination of coaching and mentoring techniques.

Bo expects drive, openness and honesty from his mentee – if they want him as a mentor, they should reach out, they should bring their issues or problems and share them openly in a trusting and confidential atmosphere that they can build and maintain together. When meeting, he wants to see or hear that action has been taken as agreed in our preceding meetings.

Caroline I. Frandsen is an IT executive with a strong focus on transformation, PMO leadership, and the modernisation of business-critical technology platforms. Her experience spans IT governance, legacy modernisation, operational stability, and the application of AI in complex organisational settings. With an Executive MBA and a leadership profile bridging technology and business, she brings a strategic perspective on how organisations can modernise while maintaining reliable day-to-day operations.

Motivation

I want to develop my mentoring skills and help a student to navigate her/his career by sharing my perspectives and experiences. I am interested in learning more about what interests young engineering students and to get a network among them. I prefer helping a mentee with ambitions of going into leadership and in particular women in STEM disciplines who are juggling work-life balance and future career choices. I am curious and a good listener and I am a certified coach with Manning Inspire.

I spent my 30+ year career in Global Tech companies like Nokia, Heidelberger Druck, Siemens, Hasselblad, Jabra, and Brüel & Kjaer. Most of the time (25 years) with P&L responsibility in international and global leadership roles in After Sales. I hold both an engineering degree and commercial education. Now I quit my full-time job to focus on investment and advisory for startups. I am a member of Open Entrepreneurship and I finalized the DTU startup board education.

I have vast experience in scaling products and service-related businesses, stakeholder management, leadership, and market analysis. I more than once headed up the implementation of a globally aligned go-to-market strategy in a formerly regionally focused business set-up. I also headed the development and global implementation of new service contract concepts on several occasions.

I would like to support a student who seeks career advice, or who have a dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

Chinmayi is a chemical engineer specializing in strategy and process development in pharma and biotech. As Process Manager at Novo Nordisk, she develops and optimizes cross-functional processes to bring drug–device combination products to market faster, ensuring scalability, robustness, and regulatory compliance. Her background spans technical sales, medical device manufacturing, and enzymatic process innovation at Novozymes, with expertise in GMP, FDA, ISO, and MDR requirements. Holding an MSc from DTU and a BEng from NTU Singapore, Chinmayi combines technical depth with strong stakeholder engagement skills, thriving in multicultural, collaborative environments.

I enjoy working with people and sharing knowledge. I’m excited for the opportunity to meet new graduates today, share some of my experiences, and also learn and gain fresh perspectives. I experienced a big mindset shift going from university to industry, and I believe my learnings could help others in their career journey. I also bring the unique perspective being an international (non-EU) in Denmark, and can share my insights on the working culture as seen from the outside.

I have just over six years running different startups, both in technical and product management roles, and now the last two-ish years as the founder of a self-funded company reaching 80-plus clinics all around Denmark.

On top of that, I’ve done other projects like sending buses to evacuate Ukrainians, writing books during high school, and founding Conflux (this mentorship program).

I get a lot of energy from talking to other people about their startups and entrepreneurial dreams, and would love to help.

I want to help a student figure out how to go about starting their first project, whether it be a student organization, a startup, or similar, and enjoy going back and forth about ideas. I’m especially good at the early stages of figuring out what problem to solve and how to go about it—either when you have an idea, or when you’re just starting to think about one.

I would prefer helping a student who is interested in starting or continuing to run their own startup.

Christian has 50+ years of experience with product development, specifically in the instrumentation industry serving larger Danish companies. Besides his corporate experience, Christian has founded several companies, mainly within health tech. Over the last years, he has been a mentor at DTU for both students and startup companies.

MOTIVATION

Based on Christian’s prior experience as a mentor, he strongly believes in the value a mentor can add to the student’s experience and understanding of the engineering work life, and therefore wants to continue to do that in this program.

During his career, spanning 20+ years, Christian has built a profile with three main “pillars”: Business leadership, people development and technology (for driving digitalization and business process optimization). He has worked in large corporations, been self-employeed, worked in start-ups, and in an international management consulting firm. Christian has a proven track record of building teams with a clear purpose and direction, aligned accountabilities (ensuring customer orientation & end-2-end mindset), and motivating tasks to balance business needs with individual motivation and career aspirations.

Personally, Christian has had great benefit from dialogues with various mentors during different steps in his career. Through this mentorship program, he sees an opportunity to provide the same help for a young professional, who like Christian is motivated by building a career “mixing” business understanding, people/personal development, and technology.

With 20+ years of leadership experience from Novo Nordisk A/S and the Danish Armed Forces I am truly motivated by developing others professionally and personally. My experience within the pharmaceutical business comprise manufacturing, quality, specifications, labelling and regulatory for both new product entry and lifecycle management activities.

Christian has 25+ years of extensive experience from global companies in the field between IT and business across industries such as medical devices, pharmaceutical, industrial equipment, automotive, and IT services. He has a strong track record in consulting, both strategy and hands-on execution, business development, programme and project management, operations, and leading large global IT functions in complex, multi-business and multi-brand corporate environments.

He is currently CIO & Senior Vice President at Demant, where he has overall responsibility for IT and digitalisation across the Group. He leads a divisional IT setup and a global organisation of more than 600 IT professionals across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Pacific. His responsibilities span technology innovation, cloud transformation, operations, and global solution deployment, with a strong focus on enabling value creation, synergies, growth, and business performance across Demant’s full value chain.

Christian has a business-driven analytical approach to strategy development and problem-solving. His leadership style is characterised by transparency, empowerment, and clear direction setting. He has been successful in building strong leadership teams and leading them with mutual trust, goal orientation, and empowerment.

With a background as a mechanical engineer, Christian has a strong passion for digitalisation and for using technology to drive tangible business results.

Graduating from DTU a point in time where it was not really cool to be technical savvy (aka a nerd) to now where STEM students and graduates are highly respected and high in demand, I believe it is now time for me to share my personal experiences and opinions about how to build upon your scientific education to create a great future career (whatever that is…) – and even more important, a great life.
Further, I am very motivated to better understand what drives and motivates the next generation of STEMs – from personal curiosity, but also from a professional perspective (I am constantly seeking new talents…)
In a mentee, I am looking for an ambitious person who have the ambition to leverage the technical foundation to make progress in work life and make a difference as leader or individual contributor with significant impact for his/her organization – also outside the his/her field.

I’m a PhD candidate in Bioengineering at Stanford University, working on creating simulation software for life. Throughout my research careers I’ve worked at startups, large pharmaceutical companies and in academic settings, both in Denmark and in the United States.

I just like mentoring students and seeing how my advice helps people make decisions that make them lead a more fulfilling life, just like my mentors have helped me in the past.

I would recommend a mentee in life sciences / engineering who is interested in research or entrepreneurship.

I have 7+ years of experience within the biotechnology & life science industry from large companies such as Novo Nordisk and Novozymes (now Novonesis). My career has revolved around process development and optimisation of industrial pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, from lab scale to full scale manufacturing processes. In my current role I am a SME (subject matter expert) in Manage GxP Facility processes and tableting production processes among other things, working with emerging technologies in pharmaceutical market production facilities in collaboration with different stakeholders (other specialists, QA, health authorities and the like).

Motivation

I was lucky enough to receive a lot of help/mentoring from experienced industry professionals in my final years as a student, which helped me launch my career and successfully transition into the biotechnology & life science industry. Therefore I wish to “give back” and help a student by sharing my story (successes and failures a like) as well as examples of career paths in the industry. I would also love to get a bigger network among young engineering students, and hereby gain fresh perspectives on the life science fields. I prefer helping a mentee with ambitions of entering the biotechnology & life science industry, and preferably someone that would like to meet physically (e.g. to allow for company visits if the mentee wishes to).

I am working and have been in medtech for around 2,5 years. I currently work as an Design Engineer in R&D Mechanical where I mainly focus on Design Control and Systems Engineering. I work with subcutaneous infusion set and making sure they are safe and effective is my number one priority.
I also have experience as a Industrial Designer at several companies, where my main focus was UX and stakeholder management. I currently work in Denmark.

Motivation

I missed a proper mentor when I was a student. So I want to, hopefully, help inspire a student maybe about in which direction to choose. I’m also curious about the current student environment.
I prefer a mentee who are not afraid to ask stupid questions and who is also curious about everything.

Chemical engineer with 6+ years across GMP regulated pharmaceutical and food production, combining hands-on process and production experience with LEAN and people focused leadership.

I have been close to production from the start. I began on the shopfloor in food manufacturing, overseeing daily malt production operations. Then I moved into pharma as a Process Engineer in a GMP API purification plant. I was responsible for freeze drying / lyophilisation and downstream processing, managing deviations and change control, writing SOPs, and troubleshooting day-to-day production issues. My closest stakeholders were operators and technicians and I was also included as an on-call phone contact to provide production support.

Over the last three years as a LEAN Partner I have moved into developing leaders and teams. Here I help build daily management and performance board routines, running 1:1 sparring with managers, coaching, teaching, and facilitating systematic problem solving (A3, 3C), and deploying strategy (Hoshin Kanri) across a 400-FTE area. I helped build daily management in newly reorganised departments and teams and empowered employees to own KPIs, actions, and the board leader role.

I want to be a mentor because mentoring changed the direction of my own career and I would like to pass that on.
A few years ago I was a process engineer in pharmaceutical/GMP production and wanted to move into people leadership. But I had no idea how to get there. What helped was not a plan handed to me, but it was two pieces of advice. Becoming a LEAN Partner would let me do almost everything a people manager does, without the formal personnel responsibility, and that I would be far better prepared when the day came. I took that advice. It turned out to be right, and the role has given me a set of skills and experiences I would not have found on my own. The second was simply to reach out to people e.g. to ask for a coffee meeting, and to stop worrying about whether it was a stupid idea.

I am still being mentored today informally by people I have reached out to, and formally through a programme in my current company. I do this now on how to land my first leadership role and sharpen what I already have. My experience of mentoring has been varied in format. One single conversation that mattered, one relationship with three years between meetings, and others where we met every couple of months. All of them were useful. That has taught me that mentoring does not require a rigid structure to create value.

A significant amount of my working days consist of coaching and facilitating rather than delivering finished answers. And I have completed a coaching programme to get better at exactly that. I have for example coached two department managers until they could carry on without me. To make myself redundant is the part of the job I find most interesting.

The topics where I think I can be most useful are: the transition from studying to industry, working as a specialist, internal consultant, people management, leadership, or in a support function, production and manufacturing, LEAN, GMP and food production, and how to handle the personal and interpersonal side of working life. I prefer meeting in person, but I am also happy to meet online. Frequency and duration I would rather agree case by case with the mentee than fix in advance.

Finally, it will make me a better leader. Listening properly to another person’s situation is the skill I most want to sharpen before I take on formal responsibility for a team.

What I am looking for in a mentee:
I am open when it comes to background. The mentee does not need to come from chemical or process engineering, and I have no preference regarding field of study, seniority or where they are in their career. We can speak Danish or English. I am also happy to mentor someone whose ambition points somewhere I have not been myself for example research, consultancy, people leadership, or a startup. In those cases I cannot map the road for them, but I can help them think clearly about the choice or help themselves in finding solutions to their problems, and I can be honest about where my experience stops.

What matters to me is two things. First, a genuine desire to develop. Second, a willingness to act between our sessions. A conversation is only worth something if something happens afterwards and the only poor match I can imagine is someone who returns each time without having tried anything. I do not expect the attempts to succeed but I expect them to be made. Alternatively, I expect honesty because then we can together figure out what stands in the way of making those attempts.

Beyond that, I am flexible. If the mentee wants to work towards a concrete goal within a fixed period then we can do that. If they would rather have open exploratory conversations about where they are heading, that works equally well. What I would like the mentee to bring is their own agenda.

After finishing my PhD in 2021, I have worked for the last 4 years within the pharma industry with APIs and manufacturing processes. Initially, I worked with life cycle management and process technical transfer at contract manufacturing organizations. My current job is within API process development in a CMC department.

Motivation

During my PhD, I realized the importance of having a mentor to guide me toward the next exciting step in my career. As a result, I participated in a mentor program twice and greatly benefited from the experience. Now, I want to help other students identify what is important for them and their future careers. I believe that a mentor program is largely driven by the mentee. However, the mentor needs to listen and provide support in the best way possible. While this relationship may not directly lead to a job, it offers mentees the opportunity to reflect on their personal values and motivating factors.

I am a passionate researcher and engineer working with photonics, optical systems, spectroscopy, and measurement technologies. I enjoy building measurement systems that make difficult measurements possible, and my work combines free-space and fiber-coupled optics, spectroscopy, instrumentation, data analysis, and system integration as parts of the same measurement problem.

During my PhD at DTU, I designed, built, and optimized laser-based measurement systems for supercontinuum infrared spectroscopy and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), with applications ranging from materials analysis and environmental sensing to food and agricultural measurements. This experience taught me to think across the full measurement chain, from how light is delivered and collected to how signals are interpreted, validated, and made reliable.

I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU Physics, where I am developing photonic-assisted microwave spectroscopy systems for plasma diagnostics in fusion research. My work focuses on optical instrumentation, electro-optic modulation, optical and microwave system integration, RF signal detection, and system-level testing.

I am most motivated by projects where experimentation drives engineering decisions. Erik has 40+ years of experience within the Maersk Group, in many different areas in a number of different roles. Among some of them are international commercial management and business development within offshore & gas drilling, negotiating and administrating construction contracts for tankers, bulk carriers, offshore supply vessels and drilling rigs, commercial activities for different areas, investments and projects and many more. During his career, Erik has held many management and leadership positions and is used to a career working in an international environment in different parts of the world. Erik’s role has always been in the commercial and business side, but with a very close co-ordination with other specialists including technical experts of every discipline. Erik has thus been the lead in projects starting from idea conception, business case and finally delivery and start-up of large modern offshore drilling units. At the end of 2019 Erik has retired from Maersk and he is now engaging in various projects and a consultancy basis.

Fan has 10+ years of experience working in research and in the industry with IT security, machine learning and enterprise software solutions. His specialties include enterprise software development, programming language design and implementation, machine learning, NLP, IT security and many more. During his Ph.D. studies, he designed and implemented a programming language for developing distributed and mobile systems that require high-security standards. After doing his research, Fan moved into the industry, working at Deltek, where he technically drove and developed enterprise software. He has now moved into the world of startups, where he is working on applying AI into linguistic domains. Fan describes himself as a lifelong learner and enjoys learning new things every day, handling both theoretical and practical aspects of complex projects.

Hadi is an Environmental Engineer specializing in optimizing water, energy, and chemical consumption for industrial facilities. In his current role at ELIS, he works across 18 production facilities in Denmark while also supporting projects and reporting activities in Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

His work focuses on identifying optimization opportunities, developing and leading improvement projects, conducting root cause analyses, and calculating ROI and potential savings to ensure that proposed solutions are technically and economically feasible. He also provides technical support to production sites, works closely with suppliers, and collaborates with internal stakeholders on sustainability data and reporting.

Hadi’s broader experience covers water quality and treatment, chemicals in the environment, life cycle assessment, greenhouse gas accounting, air pollution, wastewater treatment, and waste management. Through previous projects and internships, he has worked with LCA, Scope 3 emissions, environmental data analysis, and sustainability strategies across several industries and geographical contexts.

Ilsur has 12+ years of experience within the maritime and coatings industries, including more than 10 years at Hempel A/S. Throughout his career, he has worked across R&D, technical business support, key account management, and sales, giving him a broad understanding of how technical solutions can be translated into measurable value for customers.

He started his journey in R&D, where he developed and launched new coating products, led cross-functional projects, and later managed a team of engineers and scientists. He subsequently moved into business and commercial roles, working to improve sales processes, develop pricing strategies, manage key maritime accounts, and build long-term customer relationships.

Ilsur is currently Senior Sales Manager at C-LEANSHIP, where he works with global shipping companies to improve vessel efficiency through cleaner and safer underwater operations. I have over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, spanning both medical devices and pharmaceuticals. My career began in Buenos Aires, Argentina (where I’m from), working hands-on maintaining and repairing medical devices, an experience that gave me a strong technical foundation. Over time, I discovered a passion for education as I began training healthcare professionals on the proper use of these devices, which was very rewarding.

Later, I transitioned into data, stepping briefly outside the healthcare sector to join Mærsk Drilling, where I developed data quality indicators. This confirmed how much I enjoy the intersection of data and science, so I eventually returned to healthcare, joining Novo Nordisk as a Clinical Trial Data Manager and later moving to Zealand Pharma, where I’m currently based. As an Environmental Project Manager with 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, I bring a broad and hands-on perspective to sustainability in complex manufacturing environments. I have had several roles during this time, both in consultancy designing production facilities and processes, ranging from small-scale setups to very large, multi-stakeholder projects, and in production-oriented functions working directly alongside production lines, navigating the real-world challenges and constraints of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Over the past decade, my focus has increasingly sharpened on environmental sustainability, particularly in identifying and driving optimisation opportunities. In my current role, I serve as a Scope 1 and 2 energy subject matter expert and play a key role in developing and advancing Novo Nordisk’s energy conversion plans. I have previously supervised a master’s thesis project within Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and have engaged in informally mentoring more junior colleagues. Furthermore, I participated in Conflux’ mentor programme last year and appreciated the formalized and structured mentoring setup, where I can support others in their growth while continuing to learn from fresh perspectives. My experience is in the Scandinavian countries and off-shore, and with my civil engineering background I have worked on mega scale projects and with the best architects in the world. My recent work has been as a building client consultant and technical project manager. I have written a PhD about collaboration in construction and won an international competition in building a city on Mars.

I have a Master of Science in civil engineering form DTU and have been a very active part of the DTU study environment.

Mariana Maraccini is a senior strategy and transformation leader with around 20 years of experience across management consulting, life sciences and global business transformation. Her expertise spans strategy, operating model design, commercial launch readiness, customer and patient engagement, analytics, digital transformation and sustainability. She has held leadership roles at Deloitte and Bayer and has advised pharmaceutical and biotech companies on complex transformation and growth initiatives.

Throughout her career, Mariana has led large-scale transformations across the United States, Latin America and Europe, including post-merger integration, global customer experience initiatives, product launches, strategic planning and operating model redesign. Today, Mariana is Principal and Business Development Director at ScaleUp Inc, where she partners with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to accelerate product launches, improve operating models and strengthen strategic decision-making. Before joining ScaleUp Inc, she was a Principal at Biobridge Partners, leading strategic R&D projects, including AI and digital maturity assessments and development of future R&D operating models.

I am a physics engineer with a PhD specialized in optics and photonics. I have worked the past five years in R&D with the development of analysis instruments for the food and feed industry, being responsible for the core optical technology of a specific instrument. My main interest and, fortuntately, field of work is applied physics – building something for real-world applications which helps other people do what they do smarter or better, and which they enjoy to use.

Motivation

I spent a substantial amount of time as a teaching assitant during my university and PhD studies. I’ve always enjoyed passing on my knowledge, helping others to the realizations and wow-moments you get when the puzzle pieces fit and you gain a deeper understanding of everything from everyday phenomena to deep physics questions, which are often more connected than most people realize. That contact has always revitalized and inspired me, but I’ve lost the contact to the younger generations after leaving university, and this seems like a great opportunity to reconnect.

Michael Benedict Thulstrup has more than 38 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily with major civil contractors on large-scale infrastructure projects in Denmark and abroad. Around 12 years of his career have been spent on international projects, and his experience spans tunnels, bridges, marine works, deep foundations, concrete and steel structures, geotechnical works and complex EPC project delivery.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked across the full project lifecycle, from estimation, design and planning to execution. His responsibilities have included project and contract management, financial control, procurement, QA/QC, subcontractor management, design coordination and direct client interaction. He has held senior project roles at companies including MT Højgaard, Per Aarsleff, Züblin, DONG Energy Wind Power and Christiani & Nielsen.

Michael is currently Senior Project Director at MT Højgaard Danmark, working on the CityRingen M4 Metro Nordhavn Extension. The project includes the planning, design and construction of two new stations and approximately 1.6 km of elevated metro infrastructure in Nordhavn. Previously, he served as Project Director on the Nordhavnstunnel project, a 1.4 km road tunnel connecting Østerbro with outer Nordhavn.

I find it interesting and awarding to be able to help young students with their direction – maybe/possibly by sharing my own professional way. I have for many years had students at work for their 6 months intern period and have many times been impressed by their technical level and high level of enthusiasm.

I am a Pipe System Design Engineer at NOV Flexibles in Copenhagen, where I work with numerical simulations, structural and system analyses, project execution, and technical documentation for offshore and subsea applications. I hold an MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Computation from the Technical University of Denmark and a BSc in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from the University of Crete.

My professional background combines mathematical modelling, computational fluid dynamics, scientific computing, data analysis, optimization, and programming with practical engineering experience. In my current role, I independently lead analysis activities, interpret technical requirements, coordinate with colleagues across engineering, compliance, and quality assurance, and provide structured, data-driven recommendations. I work with industry standards and engineering tools such as OrcaFlex, STAR-CCM+, MATLAB, and Python.

I have 12+ years of experience from both the private and public sector. My main focus is on life cycle assessments and green transition. Currently, I work at the Capital Region of Denmark where I focus on the green transition of the hospitals in the region. My job revolves around estimating the carbon footprint of the hospitals, helping the health personel with identifying hotspots of environmental impacts and monitoring the reductions of CO2-emissions.

Honestly, I did not think a lot about this until I received an email from DTU. I wish to offer some help and guidance to a student. I, myself, would have loved to be part of a program like this when I finished my master’s back then.

I have been working 2 years in active military service onboard a Danish Frigate as the “Electronics Officer”.
My duty onboard is to make sure that all the radios, radars and computers work. The price of all of these materials are at least 500 million DKK and probably higher.
To help me do this, I manage 10 people trained as either electronics or data engineers. Two of these are “sergeants” and help me run the day to day work.
The job is thus a mix between technically complicated electronic and management of people.

Getting to this position, I first did my bachelors at DTU. After that I went to the Royal Danish Naval Academy, where I qualified to become an officer specialized in weapons and electronics.
After that I got this position in which I have been serving for the past two years.

Back when I was at DTU I was part of starting up Conflux, so I would like to give something back to the organization.
I’m open to any kind of mentees. However, mentees who either want to become technical managers or specifically work state jobs or the defense, will probably get the most interesting conversations with me.

Morten Bo Mikkelsen is a technology leader, entrepreneur, and PhD in nanotechnology with extensive experience in developing advanced technologies from early-stage concepts to commercial products.

His expertise spans product development, nanotechnology, optics, sensor technology, data analysis, and manufacturing processes. As founder and CTO of FarrowTech, he led the development of multiple products, managed technical teams, and successfully brought new technology to market.

In my previous roles as both PhD-student and high-school teacher, I have been guiding students. I like to share my story and to make them see student life and work life from a different perspective and to tell them about what is waiting on the other side of the graduation. My general message will be that even if you may feel that your studies force you into one role, you can often steer your work life in many different directions.

I studied Industrial Engineering & Management at DTU and right after I moved to Zürich, Switzerland, where I joined a Saas-Company in the procurement (supply chain) area. From there I have moved to work as a consultant for large global companies (1bn USD+ revenue) which I have been doing for the last 3 years. I focus a lot on project management, business development, networking and project delivery. I enjoy public speaking, stakeholder management and working alongside ambitious people.

I enjoyed having a mentor from Conflux when I went to DTU 5 years back. I took the step to leave the country for my first job and would like to help demystify that for anyone who might be considering the same. At the same time I have only been on the job market 5 years, so I still remember what it was like to be freshly graduated and having to navigate the job market to find something without prior experience.

I would like to mentor someone who is looking to investigate making an “unorthodox” move in their career and wants to expand their horizons beyond what most other people do. I enjoy sharing ideas and will also get inspiration from having a curious and engaging mentee.

Morten Riiskjær Boysen is an experienced software architect and technical leader with more than 20 years of experience designing and evolving complex software systems.

His expertise spans software architecture, distributed and scalable systems, cloud and hybrid solutions, technical strategy, and risk management. Myrto Myriam Eleftheriou is a results-driven professional with approximately 8 years of diverse experience in the wind energy industry. With a strong background in analytics development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration, Myrto is passionate about working in international environments and embracing new challenges.

Currently serving as an Aftermarket Sales Enablement Specialist at Vestas, she focuses on commercial enablement for transactional sales in the Global Service Commercial sector. Previously, Myrto was the Commercial Strategy Lead, where she drove the budget process, project management office (PMO), and commercial initiatives across regions. Her role also involved facilitating decision-making on a 1-3 year horizon. Her experience also includes roles as a Supply Chain Planner and Transport Planner at Vestas, a Sustainability Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting, and a Global Procurement Co-op at FMC Corporation. Before transitioning into the energy sector, Myrto worked as a Civil Structural Engineer at EMVATIS S.A.

Myrto holds a Master of Engineering in Transport and Logistics from the Technical University of Denmark and a BSc in Civil Engineering along with an MSc in Transportation Planning and Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Her skills in senior stakeholder management, presentations, and strategic decision support are complemented by her proficiency in Greek, English, German, and French.

I want to inspire and provide career support to a young student, as this was very helpful to me when I was a student but because I also do it not for profit for young people anyways. Helping others and learning from bright and passionate people serves as an inspiration to me as well.

My key passion is to accelerate the green transition by combining my technical knowledge of energy technologies and markets with strong communication and an outgoing, collaborative approach. I graduated from DTU in 2017 with an MSc in Physics and Nanotechnology for Sustainability and Energy and later completed a PhD at DTU Chemical Engineering, where I worked with methanol synthesis and Power-to-X.

My career has taken me through the Danish Energy Agency, the Danish Center for Energy Storage and NIRAS, where I have worked with energy systems, hydrogen, Power-to-X, heat pumps and battery energy storage. Across these roles, I have led interdisciplinary energy projects, collaborated with authorities, researchers, industry associations, utilities and private companies, and worked with both technical and economic aspects of the green transition.

Today, I work as Product Lead Battery ESS at Capture Energy, where I act as a technical bridge between sales, customers and suppliers. My role includes technical input to BESS tenders and customer meetings, supplier and product evaluation, regulatory and grid-code compliance, market analysis and technical product documentation.

During my time at DTU, I was also active in student life and worked as an assistant teacher, and helping others learn and succeed remains important to me. Outside work, I enjoy running, training, music, dancing and travelling.

Nikos Frouzakis is an experienced wind energy engineer and engineering manager with a strong background in turbine control, optimization, validation, and operational data. Currently serving as Team Lead – Engineering Manager, Turbine Control at Siemens Gamesa, Nikos combines technical expertise in loads and control with a people-first approach to leadership, focusing on helping his team grow, communicate openly, and work effectively together.

During his seven years at Siemens Gamesa, Nikos has held several roles across the development of next-generation offshore wind turbines. His experience includes leading the scoping of new controller and hardware technologies, developing business cases for future technologies, validating turbine controller behaviour and functionality, defining controller requirements, and supporting prototype operations. He has also worked internationally, including a six-month assignment in Boulder, Colorado, focused on the development of a new offshore turbine platform and strengthening collaboration between engineering teams in the US and Denmark.

Earlier in his career, Nikos worked as a Wind Energy Data Scientist at Anemo Analytics, developing analytical solutions for turbine performance optimization and conducting root cause analyses of operational and performance issues. His broader experience spans wind resource assessment, research, consultancy, and wind farm optimization, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective across both the technical and operational sides of the wind energy industry.

I believe that everyone needs a helping hand at some point in their career. Whether that is to figure out what they like, or to figure out how to get there, getting started is not easy. So, if I could help someone even a little bit, I think I should at least try.

I am an industrial biotechnology researcher with four years of experience across both industry and academia. My work focuses on engineering microbial cell factories to enable more sustainable food and chemical production. I am currently in the final year of my PhD, where I focus on engineering yeast for food applications.

Motivation

As a student, I remember feeling uncertain about what I wanted to do next and how to find a career path that matched both my skills and personal preferences. I would like to help talented students gain a clearer understanding of the opportunities available after graduation, share my own experiences, and hopefully inspire my mentee as they take the next step in their career.

I have 14 years of experience working in audio technologies. During my Bachelor’s degree (Tonmeister, Music and Sound Recording) at the University of Surrey, I completed a 1-year internship at Fraunhofer IIS in the audio department. That kick-started a 10-year career at Fraunhofer, where I worked primarily on binaural rendering technologies, though within this field my role was quite varied, including research, algorithm development, SW development, content creation, dissemination, communication, business development, and leadership.

Along the way, I also decided to return to school and gained my MSc in Engineering Acoustics at DTU, in which I specialised in human auditory perception, researching how hearing impaired listeners perceive a distinct category of sounds known as sound textures. While I pondered doing a PhD, I decided to remain working in industry and eventually moved to Bang & Olufsen in late 2021. I joined the Audio Technology team as an engineer, and after a few years stepped up to manage the team. Since April 2026, I have a new role as Manager of Technology Roadmaps and Evaluation; here I develop, maintain and govern the technology roadmap for B&O and lead a small group of sensory evaluation experts.

Motivation

Primarily, I would like to give back. I was fortunate to have some great managers early in my career, but I know that many do not get so lucky. I have a genuine interest in understanding peoples’ stories, what makes them tick, and what they value in life (both professionally and privately). Through this interest, I enjoy helping others work out what their next step might be, weighing up the pros and cons, and challenging them to consider routes they may have not considered.

Above all, I am an optimistic person who believes there are no bad decisions, only bad mindsets. I understand that navigating the professional world is difficult these days for graduates, and I believe I can offer guidance that will make a difference to someone.

I don’t have a strong preference about what role the mentee is looking to land. While my background is rooted in audio, the roles I have undertaken within have been quite varied and I consider myself a strong generalist – or Jack of all trades – which comes with the advantage of having experienced a number of different types of roles.

I am a PhD student in hearing research with a background in Biomedical and Mechatronics Engineering. My research focuses on developing objective diagnostic methods for hearing loss, combining signal processing, engineering and neuroscience. Before starting my PhD, I worked in several industry roles, including Medical Device Systems Engineering, Project Management and Manufacturing Consulting. Although these roles may seem quite different, they have all revolved around understanding complex problems, working across disciplines and finding structured ways to move from an idea to a practical solution.

I have participated in mentoring programmes both as a mentor and as a mentee, and I have found both roles very valuable. I know that starting your career can feel overwhelming, and I would like to support someone in navigating that journey. I am still relatively early in my own career, which I think helps me relate well to the questions and uncertainties that students face today. As a mentor, I would especially like to support students with career choices, exploring different career paths, and understanding how their skills can transfer between academia, engineering and industry. I would be a particularly good match for a mentee who is curious about different career possibilities, open to reflecting on their strengths and interests, and would benefit from talking through their options with someone who has explored several different directions herself.

A Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a background spanning backend engineering, data science, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure, covering enough of the stack to relate to a wide range of challenges people run into. Current work revolves around building ML systems end-to-end: from APIs and data pipelines processing millions of events every day to Kubernetes deployments and gradual feature rollouts in production. The focus is always on the full picture, not just making something work, but understanding the requirements, architecture, how it scales, and what business value it brings.

I am a retired engineer with more than 34 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. My primary focus has been on transportation sectors, specifically the airport and railway sectors. I have held positions as a design engineer, technical coordinator, and project manager. I have been involver in many disciplines like trackway, catenary, signaling. I have a Merkonom and Diplomuddannelse from a business school in Denmark, providing me with an economic understanding of the engineering business.

I am 63 year old – still going strong and believe that young fellow could get some advantage of my life experience.

I am an engineer specializing in data analytics and data engineering, dedicated to building platforms that turn raw data into actionable decision-making. My path in industry began during my bachelor’s degree, initially exploring how data from rental mobility services can be leveraged to understand human mobility. Today, I work in the financial sector, designing cloud-native data architectures and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Working in a sector where engineering talent is always in high demand, this mentorship is a two-way street: it keeps me connected to the energy of new engineers entering the field while allowing me to show how academic skills translate into real business value. 15+ years of experience in the HW & SW design industries, with particular emphasis on embedded and high availability systems. My career spanned from very technical hands on positions at first, such as embedded SW programmer, HW schematics and PCB designing, systems engineering all the way to now later management positions, such as team lead, project manager and director. I have worked for companies from 10 to 200 employees, and managed teams from 1 to 15 collaborators. I have been employed in Denmark throughout those years, but I have interfaced only with international customers, and the teams were generally very culturally and geographically diverse.

Rose Babirye Frederiksen has more than 10 years of experience across IT, software engineering, business analysis, strategy and governance. She is currently a Senior Analyst in Software Engineering at DXC Technology, where she works with clients on digital transformation initiatives.

Her background combines technical IT experience with business analysis, strategic planning and governance. Earlier in her career, she worked with IT strategy and governance at the Danish Ministry of Education, supported ICT operations at UNDP, and held technical support and infrastructure responsibilities in the education sector. She also brings broader leadership and project-management experience from international development work.

Ruben is a biomedical engineer and data scientist with expertise in machine learning, applied statistics, and neuroimage analysis. His research focuses on developing and validating imaging biomarkers of biological brain aging. He is driven by an interest in supporting translational research and drug development by bridging methods from computer science and statistics.

He brings a strong technical foundation, having developed reproducible pipelines and scientific software in Python, R, C++, and MATLAB. Ruben has extensive experience working with medical imaging (MRI, PET, M/EEG) and analyzing large clinical cohorts. Before his current doctoral research, he held software engineering and research roles at Demant, the University of Oxford, and the MGH/HST Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging.

Thomas Hessellund is a senior advisor, board member and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in strategy, business development and leadership across industrial biotechnology, water and related sectors. He has held senior positions at companies including Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, Grundfos and DHI, and has broad functional experience spanning R&D, production, marketing, sales and business development.

His international experience includes eight years living and working in China and the United States, and he has a strong track record of leading and improving industrial businesses. Among other things, he led the corporate strategy development project at Grundfos in collaboration with the company’s executive management and McKinsey.

Thomas Hørup Kiil Pedersen is an experienced innovation leader with 25 years of product development experience across consumer electronics, medical devices, surgical equipment and hearing aids. With a strong engineering foundation and a user-centered approach, he specializes in early-stage innovation, helping teams turn emerging technologies and user needs into viable product concepts.

Across roles at Nokia, FLSmidth, Coloplast, GN Hearing and Ferrosan Medical Devices, Thomas has led cross-functional teams through user research, concept development, technical feasibility, business-case development and portfolio strategy. His work spans physical products, services, user experience and digital solutions, and includes products such as the Nokia 6230, Coloplast Contend and the ReSound Nexia hearing-aid family.

Thomas is a process and product development engineer specializing in the renewable energy device manufacturing sector. His technical experience and interests span a wide range of sustainable technologies, including solar, hydrogen, wind, batteries, and nuclear energy. Currently at Topsoe, his work focuses on developing commercially competitive electrodes and pouch cells to promote the adoption of next-generation cathode active materials in the industry.

Prior to his current role, Thomas worked as an R&D Electrode Engineer at Northvolt, where he helped translate novel Li-ion battery material advances to the production line. His academic and research background is extensive; he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to investigate novel perovskites for solid oxide fuel cells in Norway, and he conducted significant research with DTU and Hempel A/S to develop protective coatings that help wind turbine blades resist severe rain erosion.

I have 10+ years in different facets of audio , from being a creative, to an Audio engineer for Film and now I work with R&D and signal processing in hearing aids. I have asked the question since 9th grade, ‘what is an engineer?’ and the traditional answers have never satisfied me. With a wide pallete of experience, I can help people break out of what is expected of employees and for the mentees to truly explore their curiosity to the end.
This was the most difficult part for me, coming from a more ‘regimented’ education to an extremely free one. This followed me to the workplace and I’d like others to not make this mistake.

In a mentee I expect someone who is curious to learn and full of ideas and can introspect, and while I cannot promise them the path to employment, I could help them making choices where they shine and are in demand. They don’t have to be from my industry but should be able to articulate to me, what their goals are.

I have always valued helping talented professionals grow and succeed – and it keeps my perspective fresh on how students and early tenure professionals experience workplaces and management structures.

I am an expert in Bioinformatics, Data Science and AI strategy with several years of experience across research, biotech and consulting. I graduated from DTU in 2017 with an MSc in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology and later completed a PhD in Bioinformatics through EMBL and the University of Hamburg.

Since then, I have worked across startups, biotech companies and consulting, including roles at BluSense Diagnostics, Etcembly, Evotec and Deloitte. My experience spans research, data-driven life science applications and AI and data strategy, giving me a strong foundation for helping organizations make better use of complex scientific and business data.
