You can apply if...

You would like to supply at least three mentors for conflux with at least two years of professional experience – many of our mentors have 30+ years of experience, so no upper limit.

The mentors from you company would like to commit themselves to a 1-hour monthly meeting during the 6 months period in addition to prioritizing to participate in our three events.

You are not using Conflux solely as a direct recruitment initiative. It happens that mentors recruit mentees and that is okay but that should not be the main goal of participating.

Application Process

01. Send mentor information

You’ll fill out the application form and send us a list of the mentors that you want to sign up to the program.

02. Mentors signing up

Each of your employees will receive an email, allowing them to sign up to the program. Once the program starts, we will inform you which mentors were matched.

03. Evaluation + next steps

After the program has ended, we will meet to discuss your experience and figure out the next steps.
