Motivation
As a DTU alumni with great memories from my time as postgraduate, I would be happy to reconnect with and give back to the university environment by supporting a student through Conflux’s mentoring program. I have built my career in the Danish energy sector being exposed to academia, private business and governmental work, working with analytical and hands-on projects in offshore wind analytics, solar PV development and energy system analysis, and I understand the challenges and opportunities that arise when transitioning from university to the professional world.
I have benefited greatly from having mentors myself, both during my studies and later in my career, and I know how valuable it is to build a professional network where you are based – whether you are a local Copenhagener on your home turf or an international student in the process of finding it. A mentor can offer guidance, encouragement, and a sense of belonging that can make all the difference in those early stages. By sharing my own experiences and connections, I hope to be able to provide some support, while also gaining fresh perspectives from a mentoring role and staying connected to a great talent pool and Denmark‘s upcoming engineering generation.
