Erik has 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, working for large companies such as AT&T, HP, Microsoft, and EG A/S. In these companies, he has held many different roles. From sales to product manager, and the last 10 years as Executive Vice President in Microsoft (Denmark) and EG A/S (global) as COO and CCO. Erik is the chairman of the board in Young Enterprise and has been Vice Chairman of the board in IT-Branchen, the Danish association for the IT industry. EG A/S was owned by AXCEL, private equity, and Erik was part of the selling process where they split the company into two and sold them separately, he himself one of the shareholders of EG A/S. After the sales of EG A/S, Erik changed industries in a C25 company, ISS Facility Services.
Erik wants to become a mentor because he enjoys growing and developing people. He already has many years of experience as a mentor at Microsoft.
