I have a PhD in organic chemistry and 20+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry from Denmark and abroad, whereof 5 years in research and 15+ years in business development. The red thread in my career is creation of inter-company partnerships that allow co-creation of innovation for the benefit of patients. I have extensive experience in creative deal making in big pharma across the value chain from early research to commercial products, with a solid track record of deal making as well as post deal management in form of alliances and post merger integration.
I have a passion for people and creating a culture of growth mindset and openness to learning and exploring. Careers are anything but linear and I believe sharing and hearing various stories and experiences can help motivate and inspire for opportunities.
