Natalia Krygier is a dynamic professional with over 8 years of experience in the energy sector, including both Oil & Gas and renewable energy. She currently serves as a Senior Project Engineer at Innargi, leveraging her background in commercial strategy and operations.
Her career includes roles at Maersk Drilling as an Assistant Rig Manager and Operations Engineer, as well as positions at Shell and EasyPark Group. Natalia holds a Master’s in Petroleum Engineering from DTU and a Bachelor’s in Oil & Gas Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology. She is fluent in Polish and English, with additional skills in Russian.
Natalia is also a Mentee of the EmpowerPL Program and brings strong problem-solving and project management skills to her work.
I’ve been lucky to have great mentors in my career and I acknowledge how much they helped me on my path. I want to give back now and support and encourage the younger generation, specifically female students starting their careers with ambitions of going into leadership in the future.
