A long track within project and program management leading large scale projects and a strong flair for offshore wind farm development and renewable energy.

Motivation

I want to develop my skills as a motivator and I already provide some informal mentoring. Since I am a passionate leader within my field I would like to draw on my experience and groom aspiring students having the same ambitions.
