After 25 years in the manufacturing and IT industry, I believe that decision making process can be improved dramatically by using technology to compute information and letting people to add what can not be modeled.
Machine learning, LMM, decision science, cloud computing are so advance and accessible that use cases are everywhere.
But finding the path that get to value is very hard because it requires soft skill, vision, patience and curiosity.
I am focusing on Workforce scheduling, manufacturing and Supplier chain for the moment. Those cases are widely available with a positive impact on our society and environment.
I love playing with idea and find structure into a concept, process or problem. Mentoring is way to practice active listening, structuring and coaching. It also keep me on my toes and bring energy.
At last it allows to self reflect on my past experience and expose me to new idea.
