Hi there! Since graduating as a Design & Innovation engineer from DTU 5 yrs ago, I have spent my time specializing in complex IT implementation, scaled agile transformations as well as project and product management. The first four years of my engineering career has been spent as a management consultant with Deloitte, where I worked on several of the largest IT programs in the Nordics in both the Public and Financial sector. Last year I realized that I was missing the product development domain and joined the high-growth MedTech scale-up 3Shape (founded by two DTU alumni) as the product manager of our global subscriptions portfolio. As a person I am nerdy about optimization, structure, leadership and all things management – from time to resources and most importantly: People!
I have more than 20+ years of experience with traffic planning projects in Denmark and abroad. I have been working on COWI’s large projects in the Gulf countries, in Africa and Europe. My work experience covers, ITS; road safety, traffic signals, capacity analysis of junction and corridors. As project manger, the essential part is client communication, team management, presentation of findings and results, stakeholder consultation. I have more that 15 years of experience with this.
2,5 years of experience in developing radio communication and tracking systems for offshore wind farm projects. My tasks range from tender negotiations with contractors to project execution, new markets development, stakeholders management, quality assurance of the delivery, factory tests and so many other things that I can fill in a book 🙂 Currently working on the first two wind farms Orsted is developing in the United States.
I have 3+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Before that I worked within medical devices. My career has revolved highly around patient safety by ensuring and maintaining validated high quality IT solutions used in business critical processes. I collaborate with a bunch of different professions from different countries on a day-to-day basis. I understand the importance of good stakeholder management skills and thrive in a challenging environment. Lately, I have had the opportunity to take on more project management related tasks.
I graduated from DTU ten years ago and has worked in the biopharmaceutical industry since. I have been on the same site for nine years, working both in Downstream Manufacturing and in Process Engineering as an Equipment Responsible Engineer where I have been troubleshooting and optimizing various purification equipment including low pressure chromatography skids and buffer vessels to ensure equipment readiness and uninterrupted operations.
In October 2021 I took on the position of supervisor for the Engineers that support the daily operations of downstream equipment and I now have a dual role as both specialist and people manager.
I am motivated by making a difference; specifically the safety of the manufacturing associates is very important. As a people manager I am eager to set up the team for success as one team helping each other out.
10+ years of FMCG experience within operations and supply chain.
Passionate about state of the art technologies and the way they transform organizations, have been involved in numerous modernization projects within Supply chain, S&OP, Customer experience transformation and distribution network optimization.
My experience is mainly from managerial roles in large global engineering companies such as FLSmidth with special focus on building a strong organization to support the strategic direction of the business. During my career over the last 30 years I have helped many young people pursue their dreams and aspirations.
I have +25 years experience within the offshore design consultancy and construction. My entire career working as an engineer now mainly focused on larger projects within the offshore wind energy but also larger infrastructure projects integrating several sustainable energy solutions.
I have 10+ years experience from the oil & gas sector and process industry. I started my career abroad working in Europe and Africa before returning to Denmark where I am now managing a smaller company working with valves for the process industry. I am currently focusing mainly on the green transition and the challenges this creates for our industry with new and unknown processes.
