After 25 years in the manufacturing and IT industry, I believe that decision making process can be improve dramatically by using technology to compute information and letting people to add what can not be modeled.
Machine learning, LMM, decision science, cloud computing are so advance and accessible that use cases are everywhere.
But finding the path that get to value is very hard because it requires soft skill, vision, patience and curiosity.
I am focusing on Wokforce scheduling, manufacturing and Supplier chain for the moment. Those cases are widely available with a positive impact on our society and environment.

I’ve led fundraising efforts, strategic partnerships, and investor relations, building valuable connections with angel investors, venture capitalists, and founders of deeptech startups. As a founder myself at Optoceutics, I’ve navigated the seed-stage fundraising process and am currently focused on advancing our strategic goals toward securing Series A investment. I’m particularly passionate about exploring disruptive opportunities within biotech, healthtech, and neuroscience, and I actively support and advise other early-stage entrepreneurs based on my experiences.

Andreas Houmølle

I have a background in entrepreneurship, neurotechnology, and AI, with hands-on experience in both product development and the startup fundraising journey. Most recently, I co-founded a company that developed advanced biometric technology to help game studios understand player engagement through neurophysiological data. As Chief Product Officer, I led product design and development, worked closely with engineers and researchers, and translated scientific insights into user-centered solutions.

Throughout my startup journey, I gained extensive experience with soft funding applications, business angel and venture capital discussions, and was involved in acquisition talks before we decided to close the company. This gave me a broad and realistic understanding of the different phases of early-stage startups, from building the first prototype to pitching investors and navigating high-stakes decisions.

On the engineering side, my core experience is in product design, neurotechnology, and applied AI. I am especially interested in technology that helps us better understand how people think, feel, and make decisions. I enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams that bring together engineering, psychology, and business to create solutions that are both practical and meaningful.

Currently, I am in the early phases of starting a new company within AI and LegalTech, exploring how generative AI can streamline legal workflows and improve access to high-quality legal services.

Passionate about design thinking and problem-first approaches, I excel at turning user insights into meaningful innovations that solve real challenges and enhance the human experience. I focus on balancing business goals, human needs, and technical feasibility to create solutions that align with strategic objectives (the purpose) while remaining desirable and viable for users (the format).

I bring a diverse background, having worked in the medical field at Novo Nordisk, video game development at Light Brick Studio, as a UX/UI consultant and UX researcher, and as a lecturer at the Technical University of Denmark. Currently, I work at the unemployment fund FTFa. Over the past few years, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, organization sizes, and setups—from startups to global corporations—giving me valuable insights into driving innovation across different business contexts. This makes me a versatile and adaptable resource for any company looking to excel at creating innovative, user-centered solutions.

I’m also deeply passionate about inclusive design. I believe that designing with inclusivity in mind not only fosters ethical design practices but also leads to better solutions for everyone—when done right.

Outside of work, I enjoy running fast, good coffee, wine, and great food.

I have been part of significant projects in different companies, and now I am working at Nemlig.com to deliver high-end solutions to our customers. Not only native but also cross-platforming experience for mobile apps is something I would love to help/mentor other candidates for this field.

I spent my 30+ year career in Global Tech companies like Nokia, Heidelberger Druck, Siemens, Hasselblad, Jabra, and Brüel & Kjaer. Most of the time (25 years) with P&L responsibility in international and global leadership roles in After Sales. Now I quit my full-time job to focus on investment and advisory for startups.

I have 6+ years of experience working in different areas of sustainability from sustainable transport to LCA, carbon footprinting, sustainability reporting and sustainable finance.
I have started and run my own sustainability consulting business, and have also worked in both a medium sized and a Big4 consulting firm, focusing on corporate climate action and sustainable finance. I now work in sustainable finance, in the ESG team at Sampension. My job consists of active ownership, and of leveraging the power of an institutional investor to drive sustainable change. In my professional experience so far, the finance sector presents the biggest opportunity to forward the sustainability agenda, which is why I’m here.
Since graduating from DTU in 2019, I have had 6 different jobs and thus have some, hopefully helpful, experience navigating early career choices. I have worked in Copenhagen and London.
