I am a biomedical engineer with 4+ years of experience in mechanical design, currently working as an R&D hardware engineer in the life sciences and diagnostics sector. My work involves developing and refining staining instruments used in pathology and clinical diagnostics. I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of engineering projects—from concept to delivery—with experience in design iteration, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. I’m very patient with tedious tasks and with others, but often impatient with myself—which keeps me moving.

I am a physics engineer with a PhD specialized in optics and photonics. I have worked the past four years in R&D with the development of analysis instruments for the food and feed industry, being responsible for the core optical technology of a specific instrument. My main interest and, fortuntately, field of work is applied physics – building something for real-world applications which helps other people do what they do smarter or better, and which they enjoy to use.

As a Senior Environmental Data Analyst with nearly 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, I bring a broad and hands-on perspective to sustainability in complex manufacturing environments. I have had several roles during this time, both in consultancy designing production facilities and processes — ranging from small-scale setups to very large, multi-stakeholder projects — and in production oriented functions working directly alongside production lines, navigating the real-world challenges and constraints of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Over the past decade, my focus has increasingly sharpened on environmental sustainability, particularly in identifying and driving optimization opportunities. In my current role, I tackle the critical issue of water withdrawal at both the enterprise and site levels. Through strategic data collection, metering strategies, and data analysis, I provide decision support that informs both local operations and global strategic planning.

I have 6+ years of experience within the healthcare industry in larger companies, have worked mainly in Denmark with a short trip to the US. My career has been focusing on ensuring high-quality and safe medical devices to patients worldwide. From the start as regulatory affairs, with entry to market by designing according to the regulations worldwide, now as quality assurance specialists, where I support the different stakeholders around a company in the products lifecycle (from R&D, product sustaining, production support, validation, post market surveillance etc.) to create a great product that helps save lives. When you enter as an engineer coming into a quality asssurance role, your technical knowledge is of paramount importance in being able to support and understand both R&D and production technician, and being able to assess the regulations. This is my focus, interact with specialists to enhance them at their job by asking the questions that make them see the possible solution for their problem, through curiosity and problem-solving tools. Thereby creating an environment that fosters ideas both 1-to-1 and as a facilitator in larger groups for larger issues.

After 25 years in the manufacturing and IT industry, I believe that decision making process can be improve dramatically by using technology to compute information and letting people to add what can not be modeled.
Machine learning, LMM, decision science, cloud computing are so advance and accessible that use cases are everywhere.
But finding the path that get to value is very hard because it requires soft skill, vision, patience and curiosity.
I am focusing on Wokforce scheduling, manufacturing and Supplier chain for the moment. Those cases are widely available with a positive impact on our society and environment.

I have +5 years of experience within the offshore and coastal industry from small and large companies in Denmark with an international clientel. My career has revolved around prediction of offshore- and coastal current and wave climates as well as dispersal of substances in these regions, and I have mostly been motivated by contributing to the green transition. The focus has been on applied theory, numerical modelling, physical modelling and data processing.
