I started as a it programmer and have held a multitude of roles before settling on a management and leadership path.

I have always worked with a personal goal to bridge business value with technology striving to deeply understand the business processes that it supports and optimizes. This deep understanding has been a driving personal factor in successfully building and maintaining trustful relationships across the entire enterprise.

Over a decade of experience across various industries and sectors, including extensive work in Telecommunication Engineering, Offensive & Defensive Cybersecurity (IT/OT/IoT), Project Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions. I have demonstrated a consistent ability to lead and manage complex cybersecurity initiatives. As CISO at Motochini and vCISO during my tenure at EY, I successfully developed and implemented robust cybersecurity strategies, conducted comprehensive risk assessments, and led teams to protect the clients’ infrastructures. My hands-on experience within various cybersecurity domains, including network security, cloud security, incident response, and compliance, aligns perfectly with the requirements of this role. Also, I have led and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams, managed complex projects, and delivered high-impact solutions that align with corporate objectives.

My strong educational background in a Master’s degree in Engineering (Telecom) and an Executive MBA provide me with a solid foundation in technical knowledge and business acumen. I hold an Executive Master of Business Administration,(MBA) from Hult International Business School, an M.Sc. in Engineering (Telecommunication) from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). It provides me with a solid foundation in technical knowledge and business acumen.
